To view videos, sound files, and PDFs via the internet you need a special pieces of software called a plug-ins. Plug-ins are generally included with the browser, however, if you find you cannot view one of the above files, you may need to download a plug-in. We've included a link to appropriate sites for these plug-ins - it's free and you only have to do it once. Also, if you are on a slow connection you may experience a wait while the file streams to your computer.
