Because of our good experience dealing with you, we have asked Josh to forward details by email of your other development as we may purchase some lots there as well. That is the difference between a professional developer and an amateur. The professional not only constructs the works to the best standard and ability, but the professional will always get return business from his clients and, as the saying goes here in Ireland, "You are only as good as your last job!" People will always remember their bad experiences in business and will try to avoid them in the future.
